Import your tenancy book
One CSV and the compliance clocks start running. Existing addresses are skipped, never duplicated.
Columns: address (required), postcode, landlord, tenant, start_date (YYYY-MM-DD), rent_pcm, deposit_amount, deposit_scheme (TDS / DPS / mydeposits), gas_expires, eicr_expires, epc_expires. Anything you leave blank is simply tracked as missing.
