Proposed new rent: £2,184 per calendar month
Starting date for the new rent: Invalid Date
The starting date is not earlier than 12 months after the rent was last set and gives at least two months' notice, as required by law. If you consider the proposed rent to be above open-market rent, you have the right to refer this notice to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) before the starting date. The tribunal cannot set a rent higher than the rent proposed in this notice.
